Guest Reviews & Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had an amazing massaging bed and a great view over the greenery of Eccleston square, but being on the basement level meant poor wifi coverage. The extra payment for the room was worth it for the clever use of space, modern amenities, nifty gadgets, mood lighting, and a lovely little patio.
The hotel is very modern and makes you feel relaxed, but the rooms are much too small with not much space for large luggage items. The rooms could use some dusting, though.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms are compact with clever use of space, offering modern amenities and a lovely little patio, but it was disappointing to find no on-site chef in the evenings. The location is excellent, close to major train stations, iconic landmarks, and dining options, yet the dining hours were limited for business visitors.
The hotel is modern and smart with high-tech controls, but the rooms were a bit small, close to each other, and noisy. The service was friendly and helpful, with a surprise birthday treat, but some staff were forgetful. The location is quiet yet close to Victoria Station and amenities. The dining offers a nice variety but could be fresher. Overall, a clean and convenient stay with minor drawbacks.
The hotel provided a compact but comfortable room with modern features, making it a great base for a long weekend. The service was outstanding, being very friendly and personal. The location was quiet and conveniently close to Victoria station. The dining experience offered a delicious, fresh breakfast with plenty of choices. Overall, a great value for money option with exceptional service.
The hotel is a gem with very clean and spacious rooms, featuring convenient control pads and Smart TV access. The service is top-notch, with a special shoutout to Nuno for being exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent, overlooking a charming square and close to delightful independent shops. While the dining options were good, some may find them slightly pricey. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value for money.
